I've never before seen the mourning doves walking and pecking along the deck railing. Unfortunately, I could only get these 4 in the picture, as this was the only window without a screen to shoot through. The other three are out of the shot to the right. When I first spotted them, all 7 were walking one behind each other in the same direction. It was the funniest thing. But when I got back with the camera, they had moved. A Dove Parade...
I've never before seen the mourning doves walking and pecking along the deck railing. When I first spotted them, all 7 were walking one behind each other in the same direction. It was the funniest thing. But when I got back with the camera, they had moved. They are quite skittish and fly off quickly.
